Silver Fern Farms in Belfast needed help. They needed to replace the existing potable water and hand wash systems with two booster pump stations to enhance performance, maintain water pressure, reduce downtime and slash operating costs.
Liquid Dynamics went to work building two pump skids: one for potable water and one for hand wash water. Both skids sported a duty as well as a standby pump.
The entire system was connected to existing pipework and installed during plant shutdown to ensure processing went uninterrupted.
The system now occupies less than half the physical footprint of the previous installation and operates using a fraction of the power. Thanks to Liquid Dynamics the system is now future proofed ensuring that Silver Fern Farms in Belfast will have abundant hot water for years to come.
